Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator at our clinic in St. Charles, IL. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and help with administrative and clinical duties in compliance with state requirements.

Requirements include a high school diploma (intern preferred) and prior rehab aide exposure. The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and teamwork, with a focus on compassionate patient

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Clear documentation of projects and production; attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, Ultrasound, Electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies; maintains restrooms and other areas.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Help track and order clinic supplies and inventory.
