Qualifications

• High school graduate or internship preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient satisfaction: provide care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player with compassion for patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices and procedures.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises under professional staff.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists with inventory and tracking non-medical and medical supplies.
