Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide at the Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver, WA. You will support Physical Therapists by welcoming patients, preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment, stocking supplies, and helping the department run smoothly in a fast-paced care setting.

The ideal candidate is adaptable with strong communication and customer service skills; a high school diploma and prior medical office experience are preferred.

• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Data entry speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Job description

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide for our Columbia Tech Center location. In this role, you’ll support Physical Therapists by welcoming patients, preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment, stocking supplies, managing linens, and helping the department run smoothly. We’re looking for an adaptable team player with excellent communication and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced patient care setting.

Location: Columbia Tech Center (501 SE 172nd Ave - Vancouver, WA 98684)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hiring range generally between $17.66/hour to $21.16/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred Data entry skill of at least 40 wpm.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Compensation packages and time off programs vary and are dependent on factors such as department, position type, primary work state and FTE.
