Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a capable individual to support a patient-centered team, assisting therapists and aides to deliver high-quality care. You will interact with patients and staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.

Candidates should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have an interest in Exercise Science; PT degree-track students are preferred. The role is on-site in Salem, OR, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in Exercise Science; students pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a patient-centered team by assisting and taking direction from our Physical Therapists and/or Physical Therapist Assistants to provide great patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.
• Implement knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.
• Conduct safe application of modalities and therapeutic procedures as allowed by state laws.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
