Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms for services.
• Uphold the patient experience by ensuring each patient is attended to and comfortable.
• Observe and safeguard patients during prescribed exercises.
• Document patients' responses and update patient files.
• Apply ice packs or heat pads as instructed.
• Support the Front Desk with coverage, scheduling, patient check-ins and payment collections.

Job Description

• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms for delivery of services
• Upholding the patient experience through ensuring every patient is attended to and comfortable during their treatment
• Observing and safeguarding patients performing prescribed physical exercises
• Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files
• Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed
• Support the Front Desk with coverage, scheduling, patient check-ins and payment collections
