PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a hands-on Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians, assist with patient treatments, and help keep clinic operations running smoothly.

This entry-level role offers exposure to patient care, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide physical therapy practice. The schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri with occasional evenings, and benefits including PTO.

Formación

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment required; not suitable for seasonal hires.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0–300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0–50 lbs.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• Full Time: Mon-Fri (must be able to work to 7pm at least twice per week)

Compensation

• Pay Range: $15-$17/hour
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
