PT Solutions Physical Therapy in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians. You will help maintain clinic flow and occasionally support front desk duties, contributing to a collaborative, evidence-based care environment.

This role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement within a nationwide physical therapy practice.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; submission of diploma for highest education obtained will be required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-round employment required – consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal hires not possible.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Compensation

Pay Range: $12-15/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
