Responsibilities

• Stocking of linen for daily and weekly use.

• Assists in scheduling therapy patients, collect co-payments (if needed).
• Assists with scanning information into EMR.
• Answer and return phone calls.
• Check in and checkout patients from therapy appointments, as needed.
• Book patients into EMR system.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Manager to meet department needs.

Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide

Reports To: Physical Therapy Support Supervisor

This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Cumberland, RI office.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Physical Therapy Aide will assist in the coordination of patient services within the Physical Therapy department. This position will provide clinical and administrative support to the therapists and patients. Must have flexible availability between 7:00am & 7:00pm Monday – Friday.
