ATI Physical Therapy in Canton Township, MI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient-centered care. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, and help prepare treatment areas while gaining hands-on healthcare experience.

You will support scheduling, intake, and exercise programs, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth clinic flow. The role offers mentorship, training, and exposure to physical and occupational therapy in a busy outpatient

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
