ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team and support patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role involves assisting clinicians, preparing treatment spaces, and helping patients with exercises and home programs to aid recovery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly in person and by phone during check‑in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling under clinician guidance.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and assisting with equipment setup.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist patients with prescribed home exercises.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
