Denali Physical Therapy is a busy outpatient clinic seeking a reliable Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, patient-focused role. You’ll assist with treatment setup and help create a positive experience for every patient. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment who enjoys helping others and stepping in where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year medical/clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing and assisting patients physically.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Guide patients through exercises as directed by therapists.
• Monitor patient flow and help keep the clinic running on schedule.
• Support front office tasks as needed (phones, scheduling, basic admin).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
