Denali Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and keep daily operations running smoothly at our busy outpatient clinic in Anchorage.

In this hands-on role, you will assist with treatment setup, guide patients through exercises, and help ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable standing and assisting patients physically.
• Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); EMR experience is a plus.
• Flexible and dependable with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
• Guide patients through exercises as directed by therapists
• Monitor patient flow and help keep the clinic running on schedule
• Support front office tasks as needed (phones, scheduling, basic admin)
