Job summary

Always Best Care on O’ahu, HI is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. Flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn between $100,000 and $120,000 per year are offered.

Responsibilities include in-home PT visits, comprehensive evaluations and fall risk assessments, plus accurate documentation and communication with the care team. A Hawaii license is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA is required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
