Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu, HI is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. You will perform evaluations, plan individualized therapies, and work with the care team to prevent falls and maintain mobility.

Flexible schedule; choose your own patients, and reliable transportation is required. Potential annual earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000 based on visits, with PT visits at $80 and PTA visits at $55–$60

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
