Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in East Boston, MA 02128 to join our rehabilitation team. The role offers full-time employment with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive $113,000 annual salary.

The PT will conduct resident evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapies, and support prosthetic/orthotic use as needed. Massachusetts licensure and BLS are required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification.
• Rehab or long-term care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, teaching, and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility interventions.
• Assess and support use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
