Continuum Rehab Group in Albuquerque is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. Graduates are welcome, and you must hold a valid license in the appropriate state or be in process, with open opportunities for all experience levels.

We offer an excellent total compensation package, including competitive pay rates of $45-$60 per hour depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement after a year,

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Serves patients who need rehabilitation services with skilled therapy.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements.
