Westpark Rehabilitation in Euless, TX is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist with an interest in wound care for our in-house rehab program. The PT will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver wound care and rehabilitation that improves patient outcomes.

Wound care training and mentorship are provided. New grads are welcome, and we value a collaborative approach to care within our post-acute facility setting.

Qualifications

• State-licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Wound care interest and training provided.
• All experience levels welcome including new grads.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with wound care needs and physical functioning disorders.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment per standards.
• Perform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support wound prevention and care.
