Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients at the Lakeland Hospital St Joseph site, with weekend shifts 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at least one summer and one winter holiday weekend required.
Responsibilities include assessing rehab potential, planning and delivering therapy, documenting progress, and communicating with the care team. Eligible candidates have a Michigan-licensed PT and BLS certification.

Weekend Position consisting of working 46 out of 52 weekends in Corewell Health South Medical Center, Saint Joseph and Niles locations, as the need arises. The weekend is defined as shifts between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. However, specific times may vary according to location and need. Position includes working at least one summer and one winter Holiday weekend.
Assess, plan, organize, administer, document and evaluate direct physical therapy patient care in accordance with accepted physical therapy practice and the physician's overall treatment plan.
