SSM Health DePaul Health Center in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position with a weekend option (Thursday–Sunday). The DePaul Ministry of SSM Health emphasizes excellence in Joint Replacement and Stroke care within a 450-bed hospital setting.

The therapy department focuses on research, program advancement, teamwork, and compassionate patient care. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and serve as an educator

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Full-time weekend schedule: Thu-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Directs and delegates all therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs to enable return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to care and program delivery.

• Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
