Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans as directed by physician.
• Oversees delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs to enable return to community activities.
• Serves as educator to patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
