Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient rehabilitation program. This role serves neurologically and medically complex patients across the St. Louis area with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Licensing: MO and IL licenses required; we will assist with obtaining a secondary license. Hours total 60+ per month; pay is Tier II at $45/hour. Hiring event details provided on site and with local partner locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelorsa Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with outpatient policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
