Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a SNF or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
