Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at a 111-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Moses Lake, WA. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and use diverse modalities to improve function and independence.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekend rotation) with competitive hourly pay in a SNF setting. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning and discharge planning.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Salary Range: $45.99-$50.54 per hour
