Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Visit-Based Earnings (ViBE!) program in Evansville, IN. You control your caseload with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. You’ll be supported by a team and modern tools to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications include Indiana PT licensure (active or eligible) and a DPT/MPT or equivalent. Part-time or full-time options are available, with competitive per-visit compensation and

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with DPT/MPT or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in an outpatient ortho setting with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and treatment sessions for patients.
• Conduct follow-up visits and track patient progress.
• Document care and coding efficiently within the clinic's systems.

Schedule Options:

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
