Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy seeks a flexible Physical Therapist to join our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) program in outpatient orthopedics. You control your caseload with support to maximize earning potential while delivering excellent patient care.

You may work evenings and weekends, with up to $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit, plus streamlined documentation to minimize time spent on admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Active / pending Indiana Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited PT program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visit-based physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care and patient education.
• Maintain efficient documentation and scheduling within our systems.

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
