Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists to join our Indian Springs Village clinic under the Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) program. You control your caseload and income, with support to maximize your earning potential while serving your community.

Choose flexibility with evenings and weekends, 10–40 visits per week, 1:1 or 2:1 care, and pay up to $45 per completed visit. We provide streamlined documentation, onboarding, and access to tools to help you succeed in a collaborative
