Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team under the Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) program. You control your caseload while we provide the tools to be successful and maximize your earning potential in a community-focused setting.

The arrangement offers flexible schedules, autonomy, and pay up to $50 per completed visit or $35 per completed follow-up, with onboarding and support to help you earn more efficiently.

Qualifications

• Alabama Physical Therapist license required (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• You are in control of your caseload to maximize earnings.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services and patient care.
• Efficient documentation and scheduling to minimize admin time.

Qualifications:
