Physical Therapist – Vestibular & Orthopedic Focus

H&D Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our Midtown Manhattan team. This role offers an opportunity to treat a blend of vestibular and orthopedic cases in a collaborative environment that prioritizes clinician growth.

We welcome new graduates eager to specialize in vestibular rehab. You will receive structured mentorship, work closely with senior therapists, and follow a clear clinical advancement pathway aligned with your goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients with vestibular dysfunctions such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, and post-concussion symptoms.
• Providing high-quality orthopedic care using evidence-based techniques in a one-on-one care model.
• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans.
• Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and prevention.
• Collaborating with other therapists and clinical leaders for comprehensive care.
• Maintaining timely documentation using our EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York (or license eligible).
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation (mentorship provided).
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and hands-on care.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
