Select Physical Therapy in Westfield, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $82,000 to $110,000 annually depending on experience. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and student debt repayment incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Active State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
