Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Avon, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. You will treat a diverse caseload including post-operative and vestibular rehab, with options like dry needling and pelvic health; 1:1 mentorship is provided for new graduates.

Compensation starts at $75,000 up to $105,000, commensurate with experience, plus up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and a $350 monthly student debt repayment program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Our physical therapy center in Avon, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, dry needling, pelvic floor and more!

• Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
