Job summary

Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Unity, New Hampshire

Position Type: Contract

Schedule: 8-hour shifts/days

Rate: Up to $2470.00 weekly + benefits from day 1!

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment at a healthcare facility in Unity, NH. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehabilitation.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs.

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

• Promote patient safety and participate in discharge planning as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of New Hampshire.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
