Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for outpatient conditions. This full-time position is based in Edina, working Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm at our Pelvic Health Therapy Clinic.

Essential Functions

1. Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians.
2. Assess and treat outpatient conditions under direct access.
3. Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice laws.
4. Document patient care services per regulatory guidelines.
5. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) as needed.
6. Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization.
7. Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
8. Participate in continuing education and community outreach activities.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.
• Pelvic Health experience is required.
