A leading healthcare provider in Minnesota is seeking a dynamic physical therapist to join their Flexible Workforce team. The role involves providing rehabilitation services across multiple outpatient clinics in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will collaborate with patients and families to deliver effective care, focusing on vestibular and concussion-related impairments, while benefiting from extensive professional development opportunities.
We are seeking a dynamic physical therapist to provide PT services to adolescent through adult clientele with the M Health Fairview Rehab Services Flexible Workforce (FWF) team!
The physical therapist will provide staffing coverage for multiple outpatient multi-specialty therapy clinics in the greater Twin Cities metro area. Preferred candidate will have experience in providing interventions for vestibular and concussion related impairments. Where training and experience is limited, M Health Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
M Health Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, three post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.
As an academic health system with residency and fellowship programs and a rehab-focused clinical quality team, we have a collaborative culture that is centered on learning with an emphasis on evidence based, patient-centered care. Rehab’s continuing education program offers 40+ continuing education courses per year at no cost to employees and further supports numerous external CE courses each year.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
