Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring central Illinois. The role involves working in Skilled Nursing Facilities during Day shifts on a 13-week contract.

Required are an accredited PT degree, active Illinois license, and experience with geriatric populations. Housing is provided and benefits are available starting day one, with relocation and license reimbursement as part of the

• Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services across multiple facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rotating schedule.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment for geriatric patients.
• Document patient progress in EMR accurately and timely.

• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required.
