Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new communities.

Requirements include a PT degree, an active state license, and BLS may be required. Home Health experience is required. Travel within Clinton County, MI area; EMR is Home Care Home Base; productivity goal is 30 points per week; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; housing and travel/license reimbursements are provided.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.

• Travel within an hour radius of the general coverage hub may be expected based on referrals
