Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations. This role offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and relocation support in a travel contract model designed for flexibility and growth.

• EMR: Home Care Home Base.
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
• Schedule: M-F
