Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries while exploring Newberry, Michigan.

You will hold a PT degree, maintain an active state license, and work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in a 5x8 schedule, with 1:1 patient care across outpatient, SNF, and acute settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State license to practice required before assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in outpatient, SNF, and acute care settings preferred.
• Comfort with rural settings and snow driving.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5x8s; hours 8:00–16:30.
• EMR: Epic used for patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care across settings.
• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Work in rural settings and travel to new locations.
• Document care in Epic EMR.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating patients across outpatient, skilled nursing, and acute or swing bed settings
• Must be comfortable working in a rural setting and driving in snow
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8s
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient population includes a mix of skilled nursing, acute or swing bed, and outpatient, with 75% in outpatient
• 1:1 patient care
• EMR: Epic
