Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Newberry, Michigan. The role involves caring for patients across outpatient, skilled nursing, and acute settings with a focus on 1:1 care and evidence-based practices.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly in a rural setting with winter driving. Epic EMR will be used for documentation and patient progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience treating patients across outpatient, skilled nursing, and acute or swing bed settings.
• Must be comfortable working in a rural setting and driving in snow.

Responsibilities
