Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Physical Therapist for a hospital assignment in Lodi, CA. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while supporting an EPIC transition project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification required.
• Recent experience with EPIC required.
• Recent experience with Cerner required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in inpatient hospital settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Must be available for an 8-week assignment beginning 08/03/2026.
• No return to orientation (No RTO) allowed.
