Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience managing geriatric caseloads, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to treat patients with medically complex conditions and utilize therapeutic equipment common to SNF practice preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
