Job summary

Jackson Healthcare in Danvers, MA is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

The role requires a PT license for Massachusetts and may require BLS certification. Days shift 08:30-16:30, 5x8 schedule, with travel benefits and housing/licensing reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads and document per facility and payer requirements.
• Professional liability insurance preferred.
