Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while you explore new locations.

You’ll work 8:00am to 6:30pm, Mon-Fri with potential 4x10s, must have licensure in good standing, BLS, and outpatient or equivalent experience. Comprehensive benefits, housing assistance, and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings.
• New graduates are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide PT services and treatment plans in assigned locations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Assignment Details

• Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Schedule may be 4x10s
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
• EMR: Raintree
• HealthStream Modules are required as part of pre-placement requirements
