Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions across diverse outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice physical therapy
• BLS certification may be required
• Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab
