Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT license in the state of employment.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation in good working order.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Administer skilled care per physician orders and established plan of care under supervision of the Branch Director.
• Teach patients and family members about care plans and safety in daily activities.
