Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients with mobility impairments in home care. You will work under the Branch Director’s direction to deliver skilled services that improve mobility and independence.

Our program includes Balance and Fall Prevention and Total Joint Programs to support patient recovery. The role requires a current state license, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills. The role includes teaching families and health-care teams, following physician orders and the plan of care under supervision of the Branch Director.
