Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic on a contract basis. This role offers varied shifts and requires dedication to patient care and teamwork.

Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM or 10 AM–6 PM with a Monday–Friday structure; the therapist will develop care plans, perform PT interventions, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each PT patient.
• Provide skilled PT services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.

A greatOutpatient Clinicis looking for an experienced or newly graduated, hard-working Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract assignment!

Shift: Monday - Thursday 2 shifts 7 AM - 3 PM, 2 shifts 10 AM - 6 PM and Fridays 7 AM - 3 PM

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
