Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services per physician orders in our Los Angeles area network.

Eligible candidates hold a CA PT license, BLS, and a valid CA driver’s license with auto insurance. Preferred experience and EMR input are a plus. This is a day-shift, on-site position in a major Southern California health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved program in physical therapy and licensed as such by the CA Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Active California Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current California driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment in accordance with physician orders.
• Delivers patient-centered PT care and documents progress in medical records.
• Collaborates with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience

Required:

• Graduate of an approved program in physical therapy and licensed as such by the P.T. Examining Committee of the CA Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Active California Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current California driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
• Electronic medical record input experience
