Job summary

PIH Health in Los Angeles is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients with motor and functional impairments in accordance with physician orders.

The role requires CA licensure, active BLS, a CA driver’s license and valid auto insurance, with preferred EMR input experience and at least one year of PT practice. The position shifts days and is based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved PT program and licensed by the CA Board.
• Active California Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current California driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients per physician orders.
• Address impaired mobility, muscle and joint issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans and progress.

The Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment in accordance with physician's orders.

Required Experience

Required:

• Graduate of an approved program in physical therapy and licensed as such by the P.T. Examining Committee of the CA Board of Medical Quality Assurance.

• Valid auto insurance

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
• Electronic medical record input experience
