Preferred Therapy Solutions in Newtown, CT is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide individualized therapy in a skilled nursing setting and coordinate with nursing staff to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute / skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current PT license or be eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and eDocumentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
