Job Summary

We’re seeking a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move. The goal is to improve their quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function. The role requires flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem solving. You may need to lift and transfer patients and be on your feet daily.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformities.
• Documents patient information for evaluation.
• Educates patients and families about treatment plans and self-exercises.
• Demonstrates documentation according to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzes and records therapeutic progress; recommends adjustments.
• Follows safety procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

Appropriate education level per state licensure. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice. May require a valid driver’s license. Must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
